The AL610 is a quantitative automatic grinding and polishing machine. The grinding head and polishing disc are driven by two independent motors.
The sample grinding and polishing can be quantitatively set from 0.1 to 10 mm, making it quite suitable for observing electronic material slices.
Suitable for grinding discs with diameters of 200, 250, and 300 mm. Features both center loading and single-point loading pressure application methods.
It can also be equipped with 4 sets of peristaltic pump dripping systems. 20 sets of commonly used grinding processes can be set and stored.
It allows for quick and easy acquisition of highly reproducible experimental results.
