The equipment is equipped with a variety of special clamping fixtures, which can be quickly adjusted and firmly clamped according to the size, shape and material characteristics of the workpiece. Even when facing irregular workpieces, thin sheet materials, cylindrical samples or irregular structure specimens, it can effectively complete precise positioning and stable cutting, greatly improving the quality of the specimens and the cutting efficiency.

All-round safety protection design
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed safety protection structure, coupled with a transparent observation window, allowing users to monitor the cutting status in real time while preventing cutting debris and coolant from splashing.
With the addition of safety door interlock protection, emergency stop devices, and multiple safety control mechanisms, it can effectively reduce operational risks, improve equipment safety, and make long-term automated cutting operations safer and more reliable.

It is suitable for applications in PCB cross-section analysis, electronic material testing, failure analysis, and metallographic sample preparation.

X-axis fine-tuning positioning fixture
The fixture is equipped with a high-precision micrometer adjustment mechanism, which can perform micro-displacement control along the X-axis, allowing operators to accurately adjust the workpiece position and quickly align it with the target cutting area.
It is particularly suitable for electronic components, PCB cross-section analysis, semiconductor packaging and high-value sample sampling. It can effectively reduce positioning errors, avoid cutting deviations caused by repeated clamping or manual judgment, and improve the quality and repeatability of sample preparation.
